Join the Citadel Makerspace, and Daniel Library on November 7 at 3:00 pm for a cyanotype print making workshop. This process was most frequently used around the 1880s, when it became an inexpensive proofing process for photographic prints.
Tessa Updike, the Citadel Archivist, will be instruct participants on how to create cyanotypes and will discuss the history of photography using examples from The Citadel Archives.
Workshop materials will be provided, but attendees are required to RSVP, and space is limited. Please register below with your name, e-mail address, and phone number. Participants will be contacted ahead of time regarding the image they would like to use for their cyanotype.
In the case of inclement weather, participants will be notified and the workshop will be rescheduled.
